Join us for this fantastic 45 minute super burner of a class! This class is designed to increase your muscular endurance by using super light weights, small movements and pulses to amp up that endurance, all to the beat of some awesome tunes! This class is also suitable for all fitness levels. It is low impact, great for everyone from pregnant mamas to our veteran worker-outers (totally a word!) Trust us when we say… do not be fooled by the innocent look of the 1-2 pound weights!
